The extra platform gives you extra room to weigh your items. Results are easy to read on the blue back-lit LCD in any lighting condition. Built-in overload protection helps prevent damage to the scale. Other features include power-saving Auto-Off after 90 seconds of inactivity, Tare/Zero feature for subtracting the weight of a container or expansion tray, low voltage icons, and easy one-touch calibration. Includes two AAA batteries.
UNIT function:
you can select the weight measure (g / ct / gn / ozt / dwt / oz) as desired
Tare/Zero function:
Using the ZERO function sets the current weight as a new Gross ZERO reference point. The ZERO function will only ZERO up to the Zero Tolerance Value (1000g) specified in the setup.
Auto-off function:
Auto off function will be activated if there is no extra weighting or another operation, which can preserve the batteries installed.
PCS counting function:
It's useful for counting small things such as you can weigh it and calculate how many you have by the weight, like coins for example.
Calibration function:
1. Press the "ON/OFF" button to power the scale ON.
2. Press and hold "UNIT" key till the display shows "CAL". Then press "UNIT" key, it will show "1000.00".
3. Place 1000g-calibration (not included) mass on to the middle of the weighing platform, till the display shows "PASS".
4. Calibration successful. The scale is ready for normal use now.
